- GUIDE - knowledgeable, very accommodating of my parent’s pace, good/efficient service, very organized, good English-speaking skills

- DRIVER PERFORMANCE - good driving; was in our hotel before 5:30 in the morning to accommodate our early flight out of Jiuzhaigou

Jiuzhaigou was really beautiful & it was extra special to celebrate my mom’s birthday there.  I really felt like God arranged it so that she could celebrate her birthday in such a place.  The call from your boss & a special birthday gift were extra sweet & thoughtful gestures that were unexpected but highly appreciated.

We will surely contact you for other trips.  We’re considering Harbin sometime.  I also recommended you to my uncle just a few minutes ago when he asked about the trip.
